Name

Your AI & automation team, without the headcount.

We build the automations your company doesn't have yet and clean up the ones it already runs. We work with Singapore companies of 20 to 200 people whose IT team has no spare hours for new builds.

Work we have done

Five jobs, the oldest still running since 2014. We don't name clients.

  1. Since 2014

    Quotation-to-purchase-order system for a Fortune 500 multinational

Designed, built and still maintained. It took over data entry, reconciliation and reporting that used to cost hundreds of man-days, and its second version now runs alongside the first.

    US$1B+ revenue processed
  2. Since 2018

Vendor management across Singapore and the Philippines

A multinational's vendor quotations from both countries, in several currencies, are handled in one system.

    87,000+ quotations processed
  3. 2026

AI-powered extraction of salary-guide PDFs for the HR team of a Singapore listed group

The rewards team priced each new role by reading five or six recruiter salary guides by hand. Our AI extraction reads the PDFs, checks the numbers and cites the page behind every figure. A person approves each one.

268/268 rows matched on one hand-checked guide, and 208/208 on another
  4. 2025

    Public records for a social-service non-profit's fundraising

The non-profit's fundraising relied on data that was public, but it sat on a government website behind a CAPTCHA, thousands of records shown a page at a time. Using AI coding tools, we built a tool that turns the whole directory into a spreadsheet. A staff member clears the CAPTCHA once in their own browser, and the tool collects the rest.

7,858 records collected, plus 1,336 organisations
  5. 2026

An AI code-assurance product for a university spin-off

We scoped the product, built it with AI coding tools, and deployed it to the spin-off's pilot clients.

    Shipped to pilot clients

Your staff learn to build their own

From April to June 2026 we ran hands-on AI workshops for a Singapore listed group, using the Microsoft 365 tools its staff already had. Participants brought problems from their own work and worked through them with us in the session.

Ways to start

Some of the work is new, like the Friday invoice job or the approval chase that nobody has automated yet. The rest is upkeep of automations you already have, often built three times by three departments, by people who have since left.

What each way to start covers
OptionNew buildsUpkeep
WorkshopWe train your staff to build their own automations. Yes No
PilotWe build one automation for you. Yes No
DeskA standing team that builds new automations and looks after existing ones, every month. Yes, ongoing Yes, ongoing
CareWe look after one automation for as long as you need it. No Yes, per automation

We work with your IT team. They run your day-to-day systems, and we build what they don't have time for.

Tell me about your Friday afternoon.

Email the chore that eats the most hours. I'll tell you whether it's a Workshop, a Pilot, or not worth automating at all.
